At Skilltero, we stand behind the quality of our education. This policy outlines our commitment to fair refund practices.

Full Refunds

Available within 7 days of enrollment if you're not satisfied.

Quick Processing

Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial enrollment date
  • You have completed less than 20% of the course content
  • You have not received a certificate of completion
  • The refund request is made before the course completion date

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to finance@skilltero.com with your enrollment details
  2. Include your full name, email address, and course name
  3. State the reason for your refund request
  4. Our finance team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  5. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses completed beyond 20% of the content
  • Certificates already issued
  • One-on-one tutoring sessions that have been conducted
  • Enrollment fees or administrative charges
  • Refund requests made after 7 days from enrollment

4. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • If you've completed between 20-50% of the course, a 50% refund may be considered
  • Technical issues that prevent course access may qualify for a partial refund
  • All partial refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

5. Subscription Refunds

For subscription-based services:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • Refunds are prorated based on unused days in the current billing cycle
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days receive a full refund
  • After 30 days, annual subscriptions receive a prorated refund
